Returns

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the item’s description and photos as accurate. Please review all details carefully before making your purchase.

Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

In the unlikely event that a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition. Refunds or store credit will be issued for the item value only, excluding any shipping costs. 

Processing Time

Once your item is completed, we need approximately 3-5 business days to polish, inspect, and pack it for shipping. This ensures that your order is prepared with the utmost care. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended following large shop updates. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Production Time

**Ready to Ship**: These items are already completed and just need processing time before being dispatched to you.

**Custom Orders**: Custom orders typically require a minimum of 6-8 weeks. Various factors, such as design complexity and material availability, may affect this timeframe. As a small team, we are committed to delivering high-quality, carefully crafted pieces. We do not rush orders, as this could compromise the attention to detail that our customers expect.

**Made-to-Order**: Made-to-order items generally ship within 6-8 weeks. These items will be clearly marked as such in their listings. For significant changes, please request a custom order instead. While we strive to meet estimated timeframes, we will not expedite orders at the expense of quality. Should any delays occur, we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Shipping

To ensure your package arrives safely, please select a shipping method that includes appropriate insurance coverage. USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 in coverage; for higher value items, we recommend contacting us to arrange additional insurance or explore UPS/FedEx options. If a package is lost, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund, but you can file a claim through Shipsurance. Please note that once a package leaves our hands, we have no further information on its whereabouts.

- We recommend having your jewelry inspected every six months to ensure the security of gemstones and overall condition.

- To maintain your jewelry’s appearance, avoid wearing it in the shower, ocean, or while applying cosmetics and perfumes.

- Most gemstones can be cleaned with commercial jewelry cleaner, but avoid submerging pearls, emeralds, opals, or inlaid items.

- Regular polishing is not necessary and may remove small amounts of metal. An occasional polish should suffice to remove tarnish.

- Matte finishes can be refreshed with a gentle rub using a Scotch-Brite pad, taking care not to scratch softer gemstones.
